Mott Lofts is proud to be a 100% smoke free community, meaning there is no smoke of any kind allowed on the premises. This includes smoking, vaping, grilling (smoke-free grills are allowed), lighting candles, etc.

Nope! "Mott Lofts" is one property with 2 different buildings, The Mott Building and The Chelsea Building.

Unfortunately, Mott Lofts does not have on-site management. However, our team with Prestige Real Estate Management is located close by and is available for questions during office hours!
